Court-Appointed Receiver · CRO · Full-Stack Management

We stabilize, optimize, and scale healthcare facilities so you don’t have to.

When a healthcare facility is in distress, we step in. Unlike traditional receivers, we are operators first — which means when we accept a receivership appointment, we can also step into C-suite roles such as CFO, CEO, and COO, making most engagements cost-neutral for the estate. Clarity Healthcare Management works across every major healthcare sector — from Assisted Living Facilities, SNFs and Hospitals to Physician Groups and Behavioral Health. We move fast at appointment, protect patients, satisfy regulators, and deliver clean court reporting every time. Every client receives a cash plan within the first week — and we have a 100% track record of executing on it. Our clients see measurable improvement in financial performance starting in Month 1.

Flexible fee structures, built around your needs.

Some clients prefer a fixed monthly fee for predictability. Others prefer hourly. We structure every engagement — receivership, CRO, advisory, or management — to fit the situation.

Full-Stack Management

Own the asset. We’ll run the operation.

For healthcare owners who want professional management without the operational burden—or investors who want to deploy capital into healthcare without operational complexity.

Hands-free ownership is real.

Most healthcare owners spend enormous energy on operations that distract from growth, investment, and quality of life. Clarity’s full-stack management model gives you complete operational coverage—from clinical oversight to financial reporting to regulatory compliance—while you retain ownership and collect distributions.

We implement best-in-class technology, build reporting environments you can check from anywhere, and hold every function accountable to measurable KPIs. You always know what’s happening. You just don’t have to do it.

This model works for single facilities, multi-site portfolios, and PE-backed healthcare platforms looking for an experienced operating partner.
